主要理念:
「兒童是國家未來的主人翁」,也可以說「學生是社會未來的主人翁」。所以,當下校園的食安問題深遠地影響著社會的未來!本計畫結合「宣導」使學生建立正確食安觀念、「教育」使管理團隊與相關業者提升食安管理能力,以及「輔導」校園廚房使落實食安把關。宣導、教育、輔導三面一體,三管齊下,建構校園最佳的食品安全新環境。同時培育並帶領食安青年軍參與活動,達到「以服務實踐所學,以學習擴大服務」實踐社會責任的目標。

There is a good saying that children will be the backbone of a country in the future, and this means that the food safety problems around campuses would deeply influence our country’s future. This project combines “advocacy” of building students’ correct food safety knowledge, “education” of improving the management ability of campus lunch preparation teams and “consultant” of implementing the campus’ food safety. We believe that it could establish a safer and nutritional environment with advocacy, education, and consultant simultaneously, and cultivate the youth food safety volunteers to dedicate the goals of social responsibility by service practices.
計畫簡介:
由食品領域之學者與經食安訓練的大學生組成食安青年軍,一同為中小學校園食安而努力。計畫輔導台中市校園廚房衛生,以符合GHP等基本衛生規範。為廚工及學校管理團隊辦理講習教育,以提升整體食安職能,強化食安管理能力。同時深入校園宣導食安知識,讓學生在校園就建立正確食安觀念,建立營養健康新生活。透過輔導、教育與宣導三面一體相輔相成,建構校園食安好環境,替學童把關飲食、播下食安種子,耕耘食安未來,實踐社會責任。

The food safety problems around campuses, which include faculty's diet health and safety, in particular, the management team, related shareholders of daily lunch and students' cognitions about food safety, has become more important. Hence, how to integrate the specialists of food safety and nutrition to cultivate the youth food safety volunteers, to implement the health consultant around Taichung campuses, where complies with the GHP, to conduct training programs and enhance the food safety capability, and enforce the management ability of campus lunch preparation teams. Meanwhile, it is crucial to promote the food safety knowledge through youth food safety volunteers to educate students to have correct knowledge about food safety to establish a new nutritional life.
計畫場域:
大臺中地區各級學校廚房及食品相關業者
欲解決問題:
據統計,2013自2017年間平均每年國小食品中毒學童數約493人,可見校園食安管控應再加強。部分學校地段偏遠,未有民營企業願意進駐;或是小校未能有公職營養師進駐,而僅由非食安領域專長老師兼午餐秘書,扛起全校午餐之食安。有限資源與人力下,難以完善顧及食安問題,若能有專業團隊持續輔導並提供實務訓練,將可以提升整體校園食安。
解決方案:
結合宣導、教育與輔導,由受過食安相關專業訓練的學生組成食安青年軍,至各級學校與社區宣導食安議題,引發討論與興趣,使民眾與業者產生進一步學習的慾望,參加本計劃辦理之課程,學習更專業之知識,提升食安職能,進而由計劃團隊集結專家學者與食安軍前往場域深入輔導,提升場域之食品安全。
未來願景:
與場域建立良好互動關係,成立中山醫大食安辦公室,使校園成為社區食安的資源與顧問中心,持續辦理宣導活動與食安教育訓練課程,並協助有需求之各級學校廚房或相關業者,提升場域衛生安全,降低食安風險,為臺中市成為食安模範城市盡一份心力。
