主要理念：
本計畫主要核心理念是結合學校專業知識與能力，發揮大學社會責任精神，協助解決區域產業所面臨的問題，及提升區域廠商的競爭力，透過參與、跨域合作、產業鏈結、技術研發、創新營運，提升區域產業的整體競爭優勢，學校亦能經由社會參與，提昇師生的實務能力，達到雙贏互利的目標，永續執行大學社會責任。
For achieving USR, the aims of the project try to combine and integrate professional knowledge and competency of faculty in our University to solve the current problems of firms in the Area Industrial Park. Using field study by participating and cross-discipline cooperation, linking firms of cross-industry, research and development, upgrading technology and introducing new business model to enhance the competitive advantage of firms in the Area Industrial Park. The participants of The University also can promote the practical ability by joining the projects. The result of the project can sustainable doing USR by creating the win-win situation for firms and the University.
計畫簡介：
本計畫以新北產業園區及土城兼樹林工業區為主，計畫重點有：1.明確執行產業鏈結：改善流程節省不必要浪費，並透過資訊分析提升明確經濟效益。2.有效達成污染防治：鏈結產業環保議題，解決問題並符合法規要求。3.解決人力不足問題：以人因工程與環境設計改善，提升工作環境品質，留住優秀人才延續產業發展。4.產品加值與創新設計：協助廠商由OEM轉型成ODM或OBM或服務設計等，提升產業價值。5.執行人文社會關懷：協助產業關懷弱勢族群、外籍人士與新住民。
The objects of the project to service are the firms of industrial parks in New Taipei City. We focus on: 1. To realize the industrial linkage: improve process for reducing the waste, though analyzing data to enhance economic benefits. 2. Effectively achieve pollution prevention: By linking industry, we provide solutions to solve the issue of environmental protection and meet the rule. 3. Find out and solve the problem of manpower shortage: though ergonomics and environment design to improve the quality of work environment and then to keep the employee for the firms. 4.Enhance product value and good design: assist factory from OEM to transfer ODM /OBM or service design to enhance the value of the firms. 5.Doing social care by humanistic orientation: to guide firms to care about weak group, foreigners and new residents.
計畫場域：
新北市；土城區；樹林區；新北產業園區
欲解決問題：
新北產業園區以傳統產業居多，經實地訪談調查顯示，廠商面臨四個主要的問題，包括︰1.產業鏈結不足：傳統中小企業工廠的步調快速且忙碌，易忙於內部營運現況，不熟悉與外部資源的聯結。2.污染防治問題：不易於有效改善與現況取得平衡。3.人力不足問題：流動率高並需要時間培養人才。4.缺乏產品加值與設計。
解決方案：
經由廠商訪視並導入園區廠協會的能量，掌握園區發展脈動，活用各部會資源，導引政府及法人機構資源進入業界，提升產業創新研發技術，促進技術轉型與升級；媒介工讀實習、參與產學合作：培育學生成為理論與實務兼備之專業人才，提升教師之企業服務與技術改善之能力，落實產學合作之技職教育方針強化園區廠商鏈結，亦可增加學術與產業的交流，讓學校研發能量支援廠商從事技術創新，落實大學在地社會責任。
未來願景：
導入產業鏈結、智慧製造、綠色能源、創新加值，運用智能科技，營造人機協同之優質工作環境，提升人力價值，創造優質產業環境，提升工作生活品質，創造幸福企業，達到大學與產業互利成長的目標，實踐大學在地責任計畫。
