主要理念：
景文科技大學結合新店(碧潭、烏來、坪林)地區國際觀光餐飲旅遊、城市休閒產業，進行在地觀光餐旅服務技術發展及升級，促進學界及產業更密集鏈結；
同時培育學生具備在地化創新創業關鍵核心能力，期望提升學生在地之就業率及創業率，後續能協助在地觀光餐旅產業創新創業之品牌定位。
JinWen University of Science & Technology combines Xindian (Bitan, Wulai, Ping Lin) Regional International Sightseeing catering tourism, urban leisure industry, Sightseeing Dining Tours Service technology development and upgrading to promote more intensive academic and industrial links;Foster students with the key core competencies of innovative entrepreneurship at the same time , expect to increase student employment and entrepreneurial rate on the ground ,follow-up can assist in Sightseeing Restaurant tourism industry innovation and entrepreneurship brand positioning.
計畫簡介：
本計畫推動主要透過本校觀光餐旅學院餐飲系、旅館系、旅遊系師生們能量，結合新北市新店烏來坪林城鄉地方，推動對區域產業發展或創新轉型需要具有價值意義之實踐計畫。由教師帶領學生關懷在地觀光餐飲旅遊產業問題及需求，增加學生對地區社會責任感，並進一步實踐進行協助地區產業發展及升級。本計畫團隊以景文科技大學為專業技術研發及培訓核心能力，結合新北市各相關產業如農會、觀光餐旅產業，建構本校之觀光餐旅地區產業品牌創新形象。
This program promotes the main through the school College of Hospitality, Tourism and Management, Food and beverage department, Hotel Management , and Department of Travel Management which teachers and students ‘s energy, combined with the New Taipei City, Wulei ,Ping Lin urban and rural areas, to promote regional industrial development or innovative transformation needs has the value of the practice program. The teacher leads the student to take care of the sightseeing catering tourism industry issues and needs, increase students' responsibility for regional social responsibilities sense , and further solid practicing assist in regional industrial development and upgrading. This plan team takes the JinWen University of Science & Technology as a professional technology development and training core competencies, combining New Taipei City related industries such as peasant association, sightseeing meal Travel industry, to construct the area industry brand innovation image of school's College of Hospitality, Tourism and Management.

欲解決問題：
106年度執行過程面臨之挑戰如文山農場部分，深入了解文山農場後，發現農場雖土地面積廣大，卻人力稀疏，尤其在重要季節來臨時更是嚴重缺乏人力，因此於107年度學校與農場更加不間斷的緊密連結，不但能讓同學有一個實地演練的場所，同時也能解決農場人手不足的憂患。而烏來及坪林地區的旅遊型態，淡旺季差距十分明顯，烏來在冬季溫泉旺季，往往會面臨之人力短缺的情況；坪林茶農人力也十分短缺，且欠缺品牌發展，我們藉由課程研習及活動，帶領同學前往烏來及坪林地區，與馥蘭朵烏來酒店建立實習合作機會外，也提供在校同學們的企業實習或工讀機會，藉此培養飯店的儲備人才，同時也解決人力不足的困境。
解決方案：
本計畫邀請多家新店烏來及坪林地區相關產業進行密切合夥關係，藉由教師帶領學生深入產業之課程研習及深度體驗，提升學生對在地認同，進一步產生對社會產業責任感。另外將與各在地產業建立實習合作夥伴關係，提供本校學生們的企業實習或工讀機會，藉此培養具備在地餐旅服務升級及社會責任之人才，同時也協助在地觀光餐旅進行人才培育。
未來願景：
協助區域觀光產業之食、住、行、遊、購、育等產業創新、及新產品研發等需求，以既有產業滾雪球效應來協助更多在地新烏坪地區產業創新服務升級。
