主要理念:
本校USR團隊媒合現在的青農及未來的青農,由生產端導入友善生產知能,消費端建立優質農產的交流平台活動,讓生產者能依各式認證規範進行耕作,消費者也能獲取各級食安產品標準訊息,不僅使生產者獲取合理投資報酬,鼓勵新農民生產好物,建立永續經營循環模式,也有助緩解食安問題。農村永續發展需要實質的經濟穩定以及精神層次的社會肯定,並著力產品安全及友善農村環境,達到可食可遊新農村的價值,期能善盡大學社會責任。

The USR team of National Chiayi University(NCYU) actively combine with current young farmers and the future ones to this plan. We introduce eco-friendly farming knowledge to agricultural producers, and building communication platform of high-quality agricultural products for consumers. The agricultural producers can follow to all kinds of certification standards for cultivation, and consumers can receive all information of food safety scandal about agricultural products. This plan carried out not only make farmer gaining reasonable profit, strong courage, but also ease food safety problem with valuable social affirmation. The plan will encourage young farmers produce high-quality agricultural products, and establish a sustainable, circular operating system. In order to make rural sustainable development, stable income and social encouraging are both indispensable. Emphasizing on high-quality agricultural products and friendly rural environment, can achieve an edible, travelable, and friendly new rural development. We are sure to do our best realizing university social responsibility.
計畫簡介:
本計畫於生產端推動芝蘭教室參與式主題課程,著重於生產端運用本校農學專業背景,媒合在農村從事友善耕作的生產者,以各級友善耕作認證的關鍵技術進行交流互動,在消費端則透過各式體驗交流活動,讓消費者認識友善生產者及優質友善產業與產品,並讓本校學生於在學階段即有機會與實務界的產業動向進行密切的互動,以推出優質產業的發展方向為目標,落實大學社會責任的在地實踐。

The plan been promoted participatorily innovative courses, we named “Zhilan Studio”, which focus on using professional agricultural knowledge from NCYU, and connecting the eco-friendly farming producers those who live in rural. We communicate with key technologies about eco-friendly farming certified among all levels. For consumers, we plan many species of exchange activities to let people recognize eco-friendly farming producers and the agricultural products. Our students been obtained the opportunity to communicate with agricultural industry farmers closely during NCYU educating, take rolling out high-quality agricultural products as the millstone and goal. Furthermore, the plan will implement the university social responsibility in localization.

欲解決問題:
嘉義平原區是重要糧倉與精緻農業重鎮,青年務農已成為社會認同的價值,近年食安與農產品安全議題受高度重視,但消費者仍然以產品美觀及口感決定品質好壞,農村永續發展在近幾年的確看到新希望,本計畫團隊參與農村輔導工作多年,更觀察出農村發展的關鍵困境,實質的穩定經濟以及精神層次的社會肯定,青農的動能才能更有效率延續。
解決方案:
本計畫以芝蘭教室作為友善耕作體系的整體創新課程規劃,結合園藝及景觀跨兩系學生為對象,此外,已在農村從事友善耕作的青農,實為本計畫之重要核心,訓練工作坊引入大量業師進入農村,所規劃之課程指標則在深化生產技術、環境營造、產品設計、行銷推廣、食品安全等不同面向進行強化,結合消費端推動城鄉交流平台工作,配合學生動能及優質空間,舉辦食農教育農村體驗,加強共同理念消費者信心,以建立優質友善耕作農產品之自明性為目標。
未來願景:
本校USR團隊帶動主體為園藝學系及景觀學系,是以深耕園藝綠色產業為核心,營造農業景觀且強調專業與實務結合的培育搖籃,為國內培育專業青年農民的系所,嘉義平原區本身具有生產的環境優勢,需要帶動的是人力素質的提升,因此,本計畫的推動,使嘉義平原區優質產業發展產生實際貢獻或價值,讓具特色的產業逐漸打開知名度,整體提升農村可食可遊可居的內涵,期許昇華產消關係為友伴關係,建立消費者對產地的信心與情感為未來願景。
