主要理念：
老師帶領學生到部落，協助解決東台灣部落產業問題。將課堂上所學知識應用到產業，不僅可發揮大學社會責任，更可提升學生就業機會。
本計劃主要分成三個部分：一、跨領域研究團隊 二、產業研究與技術培訓 三、產業行銷平台。
本計劃特色在整合學校、產業界與政府資源，提升農業經濟收入與創造就業機會，吸引青年人返鄉，活絡部落文化。
The teacher led the students to the East Taiwan tribe to help solve the tribal industry problems . Applying the knowledge learned in the classroom to the industry can not only exert university social responsibility, but also improve student employment opportunities.
The plan is mainly divided into three parts: 1. the cross-disciplinary research team 2. industrial research and technical training 3. the industrial marketing platform.
Integrate the resources of schools, industry, and government to raise the income of the agricultural economy and create job opportunities, attract young people against the tribal , and promote the tribal culture.

老師引領學生深入部落發現問題，盤點可用資源。利用當地資源，發展部落特色，解決部落問題。本計劃特色在整合學校、產業界、政府資源，提升農業經濟收入與創造就業機會，吸引年輕人返鄉，活絡部落文化。
The teacher led students to the tribe to find problems and inventory the available resources. Use local resources to develop tribal features and solve tribal problems. The integration of schools, industry, and government resources, raise agricultural economy and create employment opportunities, attract young people back to the trible, and activating the tribal culture.

欲解決問題：
花東部落產業以農業為主，然而傳統農業經濟收益低，所以部落青年人口外移，造成部落工作人口老化，文化失去傳承動力，漸漸失去文化根基。首要解決之道，在提升部落產業經濟收益，創造青年返鄉就業與創業，讓文化傳承有新動能。
解決方案：
本計畫主旨在整合人才與資源，協助在地聚落與產業能提升收益，創造就業機會以吸引在地大專院校學生或外流人口能返鄉創業或就業。規劃包含經費永續：提升在地聚落與產業經濟收益，透過開拓市場來達成(1.產品優質與多樣化2.食安認證推廣3.海外市場開拓)。人才永續：提供在地聚落與產業所需的運轉人力，透過技能培訓來達成(例如1.學生與在地人才培訓2.種子人才培訓3.種子人才強化在地影響力4.聯盟實際運轉。資源永續：提供資源支援經費永續與人才永續之能量，透過政府計畫補助、產學合作及在地志工運作系統來達成。
未來願景：
1. 為永續發展將發掘在地資源，將其轉為經濟與文化動能，吸引青年返鄉就業與創業。
2. 依輔導部落特性將其轉為優勢競爭力，花東以觀光及無毒有機農業為主要特色產業，加上環境少汙染，將結合樂齡產業帶動整體發展。
3. 先帶動幾個亮點產業，再藉由點擴散到面，輔導當地青年投入家鄉產業，傳承在地文化。
4. 導入環境永續經營概念，結合政府與產業資源，營造里山里海環境宜居家園。
