主要理念：
本計畫於過去六年執行之「智慧生活整合性人才培育計畫」的基礎下，發覺臺灣農村普遍存在1.農業人口老化；2.農業產銷不平衡；3.青年洄游農村創生意願不足；4.從農收入有限，多數傾向省工的慣性農法，造成食品安全疑慮及產品價值無法被提升等問題，是以提出跨校、跨域整合的計畫，建置一套具有LBS功能的農業創生系統，解決目前臺灣農業缺工、在地農產品銷售及提升青年在地創業成功機會等問題。
Based on the program “smart living shaping the future” we had executed for six years that found some common problems in the rural areas of Taiwan. These are (1) agriculture population aging, (2) unbalanced production and marketing in agriculture, (3) low willingness for young people that return home to start-up in agriculture, (4)Limit income for farmers that tend to using conventional farming, but it lead to food safety scandal, product value cannot be improved and other problems. For these problems we put forward a proposal that across different universities, fields to build the system of agriculture genesis with LBS, solving some problems of agriculture labor shortage, local agriculture product sales, pushing young people start-up in the rural areas and so on.
計畫簡介：
本計畫整合臺中市六個大學人才，建置一個具有LBS功能的農業創生系統，包括：服務學習人力供給子系統、產銷消平台子系統與輔導農業在地就業創業子系統。
期望透過建置的農業創生系統，平衡滿足一定範圍內消費者需求的取貨點數量與農民生產產能，促使生產、取貨、消費在地化，至終達成生產者獲利、消費者健康的目標，同時，解決農業缺工、產銷不平衡及以農業創業不足等問題。
This program integrate talents from six university in Taichung city to build a functional agricultural creation system with LBS(Location Based Service) function. This includes a service learning human resource supply sub-system, a production-promotion-consumption sub-system, and a coaching local agriculture startup sub-system.
Hopefully, with the building of agricultural creation system, it can balance the consumption of consumers and production of farmers in a certain place, making production, pick-up and consumption localized. Eventually, achieve the goal of producers gaining benefits and consumers with better health.
Simultaneously, to solve the problem of the agriculture labor shortage, the unbalance of production and selling , and the lack of agriculture startup.

欲解決問題：
臺灣的農業社區普遍存在著下述問題：
1.年輕人從農意願不足，地方創生缺乏動力；加上農村人口老化，農業缺工問題嚴重。
2.農業生產傾向傳統的慣行農法，容易產生食品安全疑慮，農產價值無法提升。
3.農業產銷不平衡，利潤往往掌握在盤商手上，導致從農收入受限。
為此，本計畫擬建置一套具LBS功能的農業創生系統，解決上述問題。
解決方案：
建置具LBS功能的農業創生系統，如下說明
1. 服務學習人力供給子系統
根據農民提出的缺工需求，透過系統媒合，將大學服務學習人力，進行農作體驗，解決部分農業缺工問題。
2. 產銷消平台子系統
建構平衡產能與需求的產銷消交易平台，透過LBS功能，消費者可就近向取貨點訂購，解決在地農產品的銷售問題。
3. 輔導農業在地就業創業子系統
培養學生成為配銷取貨點種子，創造在地就業，亦可經由餐飲、農產加工、文化創意等，為農業加值，以農創業。
未來願景：
1.大學生農作體驗服務學習人力供給平台
擴散農作體驗服務學習到其他中部地區學校
2.以需求驅動具LBS功能的產銷消交易平台
利用產銷消交易系統平衡農產品生產與供給，解決產銷不平衡問題；並且於大臺中地區成立配銷中心，進行農產品集貨。
3.以農業在地就業創業輔導平台
輔導學生成立青創公司或青農公司，實際創業運作；與台中市各大商圈合作，規劃小農市集並營運。
