主要理念：
串聯各級學校學生實習場域擴大至偏鄉部落，將產業及社會議題帶進校園，並結合地方產業特色，執行創新教學與學習，透過共同創新的方式，以創新創意動態課程及實務實習參與，構聯成從人文關懷、健康科技、生活設計與創新管理之跨領域輔導團隊，達到「智慧健康醫療照護」之主軸目標，實現大學成為產業研發基地，擴大並形塑在地社會經濟特色。
For the main goal of smart healthy & medical care, we materialize that our school to become research and development base was finally realized, simultaneously expand feature on local society and economy. We connect with students at all levels of schools and make an increase in their internship field from school to tribe. These students derive different issues from their practical training and start to make innovations in teaching and learning with local characteristics. They participate in the creative and originative course and practical training by the innovative ways in common, and consequently constitute an interdisciplinary guidance team with humanity concern, healthy technology, living design and innovative management.
計畫簡介：
盤點長庚醫療體系之健康醫療專業知識與技術資源，結合區域產業發展特色項目，根據居民的長期疾病與健康狀況需求，建立資訊科技，導入健康偵測、科技介入與健康照護管理的創新科技輔助做法，以整合創新科技及醫聯網模式，建立科技導入長照示範模式，同時利用物聯網技術創造永續經濟價值提升平台，帶動在地產業發展，期望建立未來可複製至台灣各地及境外之在地社會創新長照模式。
We link up regional development with medical knowledge and technological resources from health care system of Chang Gung. According to requirement of resident on long-term disease and healthy condition, we set up informational technology and introduce into innovative aid such as healthy sense, technological intervention and health care management. In the field of technological intervention, we establish a long-term care model with the integration between innovative technology and Internet of Medicine (IoM). Furthermore, we create sustainable economic value to enhance the platform and push local industries forward by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT). We’ll expect that the long-term care model could reproduce in all parts of Taiwan and offshore countries in the future.
計畫場域：
桃園市復興區
欲解決問題：
復興區的原鄉部落受長期醫療資源不足、居民生活習慣不佳、年輕人外流嚴重的影響，導致地方經濟與居民健康屬於較為落後的地區，長庚大學與長庚醫院過去已長期在復興區進行義務醫療與衛生教育的關懷活動，基於深耕在地關懷的思維，本校結合長庚科大與新生醫專共同參與提升復興區健康醫療與地方產業。
解決方案：
研擬遠距及居家醫療服務模式，搭配地區生活生態特色，以科技導入長照及可攜式設備，以居民生活為中心之照護系統建立，期能改善就醫不便狀況，有別於醫療可近性高之城鎮地區，傾向以醫療供給者為中心之照護模式；除了既有專業的醫療團隊駐點服務之外，也將跨領域之師生創新教學帶入該場域實際參與，利用設計思考發掘問題，讓跨領域團隊體驗實際需求外，一併提升實務解決能力，將優化之系統、產品做為團隊及復興區住民間之橋樑，進而提升地方之生活及健康照護品質。
未來願景：
在計畫執行中，師生藉由活動發想、提出問題解決方案、規劃黑客松競賽、第三學期課程引領學生發揮更多創意共創城鄉及校園之創新價值。並由本計畫推動，建構八大跨領域學程、智慧健康虛擬學院整合創新課程與場域教學，將場域體驗轉化為教學與技術創新內涵，讓專業知識在社會中實現，直接作用於社會創新及加值應用，達到多方受益目標。帶動地區經濟及生活改變，甚而促發在地創新創業動能。
