Through the construction of the "Social Innovation USR Resource Center" to promote the USR project in Cheng Kung University, including: 1) The establishment of a cross-disciplinary and multi-institutional “Education-Pedagogical Content Knowledge” (E-PCK) integrated platform. 2) The facilitation of cross-linking/integration of USR project across the campus and integration of USR resources in South Taiwan. 3) The cultivation for academics with social awareness and social practice.
計畫簡介:
藉由USR 資源中心建置計畫,支援:1)學校師生進入實踐場域的協調連結與資訊提供。2)依山區、濱海、平原、都會四個區域特色的實踐場域,積極進行各分區的地區經營。3)建構校內「實踐型E-PCK整合平台」,辦理師資培育及社群經營,協助更多教師參與USR教師社群,以累積更多跨領域議題的「實踐型教學與研究」與「在地行動實踐」的經驗及培育人才。

The promotion of the USR Resource Center Project, includes the following 1) The establishment of "USR Social Practice Support Office" for coordination and information provision helping teachers and students who enter these areas.; 2) For regional management covering the practice areas featured by mountains, seashores, plains and cities 3) Holding training courses and developing peer societies to involve teachers of diverse backgrounds and professions to develop cross-disciplinary and locality-based research and teaching and to build up sound experiences and expertise.

欲解決問題:
過去,成大以傑出學術研究及產學績效作為學校發展的優勢,卻未以傑出研究深度結合跨域教學,深化人才培育,以及成大與所在城市臺南市具良好的連結發展基礎,卻多是師生各自參與。為實踐成大明確強調的大學社會責任的現代大學理念,本計畫將積極地進行校內資源整合,規劃學生有感、教師有感、社會有感的大學教育創新,培育具社會實踐力的入世學術人。並透過組織與教學創新及大臺南場域實踐學習,帶動更具整體性的在地區域永續治理。

In the past, Cheng Kung University took advantage of outstanding academic research and collaboration between industry and school performance as the development of the school. However, it has not combined the cross-domain teaching with outstanding research depth, deepened the cultivation of expertise. Cheng Kung University has the well-connected development foundation with the city of Tainan. But most of them are teachers and students involved separately.In order to implement the university social responsibility that is clearly emphasized by Cheng Kung University, this project will actively carry out the integration of resources within the school, plan the university education innovation, and cultivate academics in social practice. Through organizational and teaching innovation, and learning in the Greater Tainan field, it will lead to a more holistic sustainable governance in the local area.
解決方案:
讓更多老師參與校內「實踐型E-PCK整合平台」的議題型教師社群的交流學習,以及校外場域的「在地實踐工作站」區域型教師社群的行動實踐,培育成大師生成為入世學術人(engaged academics),同時亦協助解決台南場域相關在地問題,透過都會區安平與舊城歷史區域具有社會性價值的開發,以及鄉鎮區的官田與六甲場域,進行兼顧濕地生態的農業發展與農牧共好循環農業經營,落實城鄉永續發展。

To involve more teachers in the “Education-Pedagogical Content Knowledge” (E-PCK) integrated platform, and USR social practice support office locality-based research and teaching and to build up sound experiences and expertise. At the same time, teachers can also assist in solving the problem related in the Tainan field. Through the development of social value in the metropolitan area of Anping and the old city of the historical area, as well as the Guantian and Liujia in the township area, the agricultural development of the wetland ecology and the circular agricultural and animal husbandry operation are implemented sustainable urban and rural development.
未來願景:
落實學校組織創新與學生有感、教師有感、社會有感的教學創新,以及大臺南場域實踐學習。 讓更多老師參與校內議題型教師社群的交流學習,以及區域型教師社群的行動實踐,培育更多具社會實踐力的入世學術人。同時亦能在實踐中提出,透過都會區安平與舊城歷史區域具有社會性價值的開發,以及鄉鎮區的官田與六甲場域,進行兼顧濕地生態的農業發展與農牧共好循環農業經營,落實城鄉永續發展。

Implement the school's organizational innovation, teaching innovations and practice learning in the Tainan area.Involving teachers of diverse backgrounds and professions to develop cross-disciplinary and locality-based research and teaching and to build up sound experiences and expertise.
