本計畫擬解決農業社區普遍存在的問題,包括:年輕人從農意願不足,加上農村人口老化,農業人力缺工問題嚴重;農業產銷不平衡,從農收入有限,農業生產產值低落;年輕人從農意願不足,社區人口老化,地方創生缺乏動力;及從農收入受限,地方創生缺乏自有財源,社區缺乏創生活力。

This project is want to solve the common problems in the agricultural community include: the serious shortage of agricultural manpower, agricultural production and sales are not balanced, young people lack the willingness of farmers, and the limited income of agriculture.
計畫簡介:
本計畫建置一個具有LBS(Location Based Service,基於位置的服務)功能的農業創生系統,透過服務學習人力供給子系統,解決農業季節性缺工的問題。本計畫也建構以消費者需求驅動,平衡農民產能與消費者需求的產銷消交易平台:霧太達利安心家,解決在地農產品的銷售問題。而學校專業技術則針對農業需求,透過每學期創生競賽,進行農業加值,如:智慧溫室的監測系統、產品包裝設計、深度遊程規劃及農產品加工等。

The project establishes an agricultural creation system with LBS (Location Based Service) function. Through the manpower supply subsystem to solve the problem of seasonal shortage of agriculture. The project also builds a production and sales trading platform that is driven by consumer demand and balances farmers' productivity and consumer demand. Through the semester creation competition, agricultural value-added scheme were presented.

欲解決問題:
本計畫提出"具LBS功能的農業創生系統",期望: 1.透過大學人力提供,解決農業季節性缺工問題。 2.平衡農業生產及銷售,穩定農產品價格,提升農民從事農業收入,降低農業生產風險。 3.以大學專業進行農產品加值,增加農業產值。

This project proposes "agricultural creation system with LBS function", expecting to solve the problem of seasonal shortage of agricultural manpower , balance agricultural production and sales, use the university's specialty to increase the value of agricultural products and increase the agricultural output value.
解決方案:
本計畫結合中部多所大學,每學期透過服務學習及專業課程,帶領學生至少10班,600位學生進入農作場域,協助農民耕作,並從其中探索農業問題。建構電子商務產銷消平台,並在台中市社區大樓建構取貨站及農民市集,鼓勵社區住戶透過平台下單。在農產品加值上,一學期一次農業創生競賽,透過大學生專業智慧創意,協助農業加值,成果包括:開發智慧農業系統,協助農民提升種植品質;協助農產品包裝,提升農產品價值;規劃農村深度旅遊,提升農村旅遊產值等。

Combined with a number of universities in central Taiwan, through the volunteer service learning and professional courses each semester, lead students at least 10 classes, 600 students into the farm field to assist farmers in farming. The project builds an e-commerce agricultural platform and build pick-up stations in the Taichung City Community Buildings. Encourage community residents to place orders through the platform once a week. An agricultural creation competition is held once in a semester. Helping agricultural value-added through the professional wisdom of college students.
未來願景:
截至目前為止,計畫提供大約1600人力,協助解決農業季節性缺工問題,未來持續推廣農作體驗作為大學服務學習的選項。計畫在台中市建立超過10站的取貨站,目前與台中市農業局合作,在台中市外埔區建構冷鏈物流中心,將台灣中部農產品集貨處理,預期三年期間可以建構完成冷鏈物流配銷網,提升農民收入,並提供安全的農特產品給大樓居民。農村人口老化、出生率下降,地方創生刻不容緩,計畫在過去幾年建構良好的智慧溫室系統,未來三年,會應用智慧農業技術在高齡人口照護上,以農藝照護提升高齡人口生活品質。

In the future, the continuous promotion of farming activities as an option for volunteer service learning. The project is currently working with the Taichung City Agriculture Bureau to construct a cold chain logistics center in the Waipu District. The agricultural products in central Taiwan will be collected and transported to the Taichung City Community Building. The rural population is aging and local creation is an urgent task. The smart agricultural technology will be applied to protect the quality of life of the elderly population in the care of the elderly population.
